LifeVac Canada is committed to your safety and satisfaction; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unopened device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, LifeVac units that have been opened or had their seals broken cannot be accepted for return.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened LifeVac kit in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send your return package to our Canadian distribution center using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and verifies the seal is intact, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
